**Job Summary**

Elgin Audiology has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant for our office in St. Thomas. This position includes reception, patient intake duties and Audiologist support functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Front desk reception coverage
- Significant phone responsibilities
- Booking, scheduling and billing appointments using computerized scheduling software
- Maintaining office area including light clean up duties
- Supporting several audiologists
- Preparing patient rooms for procedures
- Responding to online enquiries
- Other administrative duties including scanning documents, filing, copying, etc

**Job Requirements**:

- Energetic and enthusiastic team player
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment with frequent interruptions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
