- Prepare and develop effective marketing strategies, plans and objectives
- Develops, plans and executes marketing material, including Ads, promotions, brochures
- Research and analyze customer data like needs, satisfaction, etc.
- Maintains social media platforms - Posting on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Oversee company’s website for customer queries, reviews and feedback
- Overseeing Google Reviews - reply to reviews, develop system to acquire new reviews
- Organize meetings with Management to brainstorm and develop marketing materials and strategies to optimize business revenue
- Participates in community outreach
- Managing the Google My Business Account
- Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant contacts

**Desired Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year Marketing experience required an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, planning and project management skills
- Language Requirement: English language proficiency (written, spoken, listening, and reading)
