We are currently recruiting for a energetic, career-minded **Marketing Coordinator** to join a busy and talented Marketing Team, based in our Head office in Burnaby, BC.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Independently coordinate the creation and management social media profiles/accounts for clients
- Research and develop a monthly social media content calendar
- Delegate various administrative tasks to the Marketing Assistants
- Compile analytical reporting for the department
- Assists department manager with direction for online reputation management
- Manage incoming requests from our Corporate and Practice channels
- Lead administration of various marketing tools (Hootsuite, Rasplayer, Mail Chimp etc.)
- Lead with all communication for internal and external clients
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs & campaign
- Assist the marketing department manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Execute the production of foundational marketing materials and collateral
- Foundational Level local SEO support
- Operational Support and training for staff with the 123Denist intranet (123Dentist HUB)
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by your Manager/Director from time to time.

**Education, Credentials, Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with social media and/or tools is required

**Required Skills & Abilities**
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of relevant marketing and social media tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of relevant design tools is an asset.
- Understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to work autonomously, with little direct management
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have a high level of creativity
- Excellent computer and software skills with standard Microsoft office software
- Detail oriented, conscientious, client-oriented approach
- Excellence in communication and customer service
- Flexibility to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to adapt to a changing and growing business environment.
