highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional to support the continued growth of our Marketing department. This role will act as a key operational and creative support, helping manage timelines, coordinate campaigns, strengthen copywriting efforts, and bring structure to an increasingly active marketing pipeline.
This position will work closely with the Brand & Creative team, Digital Marketing Specialist, People & Culture, and Sales, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, consistently, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Content Support (Core Focus)
- Develop and refine clear, engaging copy across platforms including:
- Websites and landing pages
- Email campaigns
- Sponsorship materials
- Platform and internal communications copy
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Manage marketing timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules across multiple initiatives
- Participate in campaign planning discussions and contribute to campaign execution
- Support refinement of future campaigns by analyzing performance and insights
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Pull and organize performance data beyond social media (engagement, clicks, conversions)
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist to support reporting and analysis
- Share insights with leadership and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Assist with building dashboards, reports, and documentation of marketing processes
Sponsorship & Administrative Support
- Coordinate sponsorship initiatives, including asset development and logistics
- Support print production and asset pickup coordination
- Assist with swag ordering and inventory for campaigns, events, and People & Culture needs
People & Culture (P&C) Support
- Assist with internal and external email distributions
- Support platform copywriting related to recruitment and internal initiatives
Email & Digital Marketing Support
- Support email marketing initiatives, including basic reporting on:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates (CTR)
- A/B testing results
- Assist with SEO and digital ad coordination, including:
- Keyword support
- Meta descriptions and headings
- Campaign coordination for paid platforms
Events & Community Initiatives
- Support planning and execution of:
- Trade shows
- Job fairs
- Community events
- Assist with post-event reporting, lead tracking, and follow-up insights
Market & Competitor Insights
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and best practices
- Share relevant insights with leadership to inform strategy and positioning
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong copywriting skills (required)
- Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, headings, meta descriptions)
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Awareness of paid ad platforms:
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of email marketing metrics (open rates, CTRs, A/B testing)
- Experience or familiarity with project management platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

- Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-aware, with an interest in performance tracking and optimization
- Confident writer with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing marketing environment
- 3-5 years relevant experience working in b2b setting, internally within a team
