**Responsibilities**:

- Entering sales and expenses to our accounting system
- Placing orders for sales and retrieving confirmations
- Tracking status of orders and noting any delays in delivery,
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Look up information to support the sales staff when necessary
- Recording staff sales and hours worked
- Providing general administrative support as needed

About you:

- Strong familiarity with computer systems and Office software
- Very independant and self motivated
- Comfortable working on a computer for an extended period of time
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Reliable
- Able to maintain professionalism with their duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
