Office Assistant/bookkeeper

Panno Medical Inc. is a company that staffs paramedics and sports therapists to film production and sporting events to provide emergency medical care and to oversee relevant health and safety protocols.
We are seeking a person with flexible time and skills to provide support to our office coordinator in two areas:
Taking on bookkeeping responsibilities, invoicing and payroll transactions, maintaining a general ledger and other financial tasks as may be needed
At the moment, we are looking for someone flexible and interested in working part-time for a dynamic company with flexible hours, days that sometimes run as long as 12 hours, and alternating evening and weekend coverage (being on call). This initial position is for a 3 month contract after which it may become a permanent part-time position.
Skills needed are Bookkeeping, Accounting, QuickBooks and Excel, data entry, maintaining confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, and working well under pressure when multiple task timelines intersect (where a sense of humour helps).
