Calgary Business Centre is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration/Receptionist professional to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for over 60 clients and their visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the initial impression of the businesses in the centre. We are seeking someone who is not only passionate about delivering exceptional customer service but also thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and customer service tasks vital to the Centre's smooth operation. From managing mail and handling client inquiries to booking meeting rooms and providing office tours, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to ensuring that the centre runs efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, and AI tools, contributing to both administrative functions and creative projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor will be essential in fostering positive relationships with clients, visitors, and team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software products.
- **Design Skills**: Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, and graphic design is a significant asset.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
