Responsabilités:

- Responsable de la facturation client et du suivi associé
- Collections
- Surveiller et résoudre tout problème A/R
- Effectuer les fins de mois et d'année liées aux factures clients
- Surveiller et signaler les écarts comptables
- Classement des commandes terminées
- Saisie/Traitement des paiements
- Mise à jour des rapports de production/saisie des données dans le système
- Répondre aux téléphones

Qualifications:

- 3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans le domaine des comptes clients et/ou de la comptabilité
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Capable de travailler en équipe

We are a packaging manufacturing company that has been in business for the past 34 years. We have a strong foundation of management and staff, some whom have been working together since the very beginning. Our support system will be there to provide the necessary guidance to make the transition as easy as possible. We have a private parking lot and newly renovated lockers, lunch area and washrooms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for client invoicing and related follow-up
- Collections
- Monitor and action any A/R issues
- Perform month and year-end related to client invoices
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Filing of orders that have been completed
- Entering/Processing payments
- Updating production reports/ data entry in the system
- Answering phones

Qualifications:

- 3 years experience or more in the Accounts Receivable and/or Accounting field
- Fluent in English and French
- Capable to work in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
