**Job Statement**
Under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Deposit Clerk must be able to review the bank statements and match the incoming deposits to the customer accounts in the ERP System. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable Deposit Clerk will perform analysis and matching for the customer accounts.
**Responsibilities**
- Performing daily cash deposits in the ERP
- Ensuring that incoming payments are applied to the correct customer account
- Performing a weekly and monthly bank reconciliation for deposits
- Customer analysis and payment analysis as well as matching on customer accounts
- Following up with the Accounts Receivable Clerks for deposit discrepancies or missing information
- Accounts payable data entry (primarily vacation replacement)
- Front-desk reception support
**Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JD Edwards an asset
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Excellent computer and data-entry skills
- Team player
