Innovation is our driving force, propelling us into the future of aviation.SummaryThe Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments and accurate financial reporting. This role involves processing daily receipt entries in our JD Edwards system, maintaining and updating AR reports for collection, closing AR and completing AR accounts reconciliations, and opening customer accounts and managing the customer review process. The analyst also manages the Charter billing process and provides accurate GP month‑end reports, completes monthly Charter account reconciliations, assists with Monthly E‑billing processes, assists with the audit process, and handles ad‑hoc analysis requests.ResponsibilitiesProcess daily receiptsCollect and maintain customer accounts and AR reportsResponsible for month‑end AR processMaintain Charter billing processComplete reconciliations and generate GP reportsAssist with E‑billingAssist with audit processPrepare ad‑hoc analysis and reconciliations as requestedRequirementsAEC/DEP in AccountingMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite with intermediate knowledge of ExcelExperience with JD Edwards is an assetAttention to detailGood analytical skillsEffective communication in English (French is an asset)Career Growth and CultureAt Execaire Aviation, your career journey matters.
