**Receptionist/Sales Assistant**

**Your Role**:
Support the sales team with sales opportunities through inbound leads:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls;
- Prepare shipping quotations for the sales team;
- Prepare sales quotations with direction from the sales team;
- Convert sales orders to invoices;
- Process e-commerce sales orders;
- Process customer payments.

- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with an acute attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
- Possesses a positive attitude and strategic mindset for creative problem solving;
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers;
- Proficient in time management and takes full ownership of tasks;
- Exhibits a drive to advance within the company and acquire further expertise in technical knowledge and internal processes;
- Minimum of one year office experience required;
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
