Job Summary:
We are seeking a Veterinary assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our veterinary clinic. This can be a part-time/full-time position.

We are looking for someone who is:

- First and foremost, an animal lover
- A team player
- Self-motivated and responsible

Previous experience is desirable but not necessary.

Duties include:

- Greet and welcome clients, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect and update client information in the database
- Answer client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and procedures
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Manage medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Assist veterinary staff in handling animals during appointments and patient intake
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Experience**:
