Airdrie Medical Clinic is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist and Medical Office Assistant.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage multi line phone system, and book appointments
- Able to keep up with a fast-paced busy medical clinic
- Able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, or occasional weekends
- Scan documents into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and collect payments using AVA EMR
- Completes patient call-backs, appointment reminder calls, and appointment re-booking for no-shows
- Greet patients, assist in completing health history forms, show patients to consultation rooms
- Taking patient vitals (BP, height, weight and urine testing)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent with a related post-secondary certificate or diploma (Medical Office Assistant, Health Information Office Assistant, or similar) is required
- Any medical office related experience would be an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers including MS Office (2010 versions of Word and Excel, ) is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
