**Position Overview**:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, playing a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position supports the dealership by managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative assistance to various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and processing customer documents.
- Support the sales, accounting, parts and service teams by preparing and organizing necessary paperwork.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:
- Ensure the front desk and showroom areas are clean, organized, and stocked with marketing materials.
- **Other Duties**:
- Handle mail and package deliveries.
- Assist with event preparation, such as sales promotions and customer appreciation days.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with dealership management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
