**We're Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist & Referral Coordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Warm and Professional Frontline Service**: Greet all clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude, in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- **Clinic Environment**: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere that reflects our high standards of care.
- **Referral Coordination**: Manage incoming referrals through our EMR system. Triage referrals based on urgency, route them to the appropriate provider, and ensure timely follow-up with referring clinics and patients.
- **Appointment Management**: Coordinate booking and follow-up for medical and aesthetic appointments, supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- **Digital Communication**: Respond to online inquiries and internal messages efficiently, ensuring prompt communication with the medical and cosmetic teams.
- **Product & Service Knowledge**: Have a working understanding of our medical-grade skincare lines and cosmetic treatments to assist clients and support clinic promotions.
- **Customer Support**: Resolve client concerns or direct them appropriately with empathy and discretion.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general reception duties including filing, scanning, EMR data entry, supply management, and team coordination.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Industry Familiarity**: Experience in a medical office or aesthetics clinic is preferred; understanding of skin-related referrals is an asset.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication.
- **Social Media Insight**: Ability to help with clinic posts and engagement (optional but valued).
- **Multitasking & Attention to Detail**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
- **Team-Oriented & Independent**: A proactive, reliable team player who can also work independently to solve problems and support the clinic’s daily operations.
