As the NVS Connect Administrator, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager, NVS Connect in assisting them in managing their workload. This includes:
- Acts as the primary liaison between clients and the NVS Team.
- Schedules and onboards incoming work into the relevant systems for the team.
- Creates quotes for work to be completed and contracts for new and renewing clients
- Sets up leads and clients in software tool, currently 17hats & ClickUp
- Creates monthly Invoices and sets up payment in Plooto
- Oversees and manages ClickUp workflow and administration which includes:
- Adds, assigns and sets due dates in tasks
- Ensures (time sensitive) task recurrences and other settings are accurately recorded
- Sends reminders and follow up communication to client as needed.
- Organizes and facilitates communication and meetings to ensure client deadlines are met.
- Conducts daily review of workflow to ensure that all projects are categorized under the correct status within the project management software.
- Reviews engagements currently in progress and provides status to Senior Manager for files with upcoming deadlines.
- Supports the Connect Team with bookkeeping functions
- Conducts regular reviews of bookkeeping systems and recommends improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Creates and maintains bookkeeping policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial records
- Takes the lead with NVS Connect social media and marketing in alignment with NVS Professional Corporation.
- Responds to any other duties as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $20.57-$22.12 per hour
Schedule:
