**Job Overview**:
Chermik Technical Services Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to accounts payable and ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and other related tasks. The AP Administrator will collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure smooth operations in the finance department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and sort daily mail and small parcels
- Enter daily team member timesheet data into QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Post vendor and supplier invoices in QuickBooks, reconciling against purchase orders.
- Perform credit card receipts posting and monthly statement reconciliation in QuickBooks.
- Manage outgoing payments and update payment tracking systems.
- Create and track purchase orders as directed by the project management team.
- Assist with other office administrative duties as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (minimum); preferred: diploma or certificate in bookkeeping or related field.
- At least one year of experience in administrative roles within the construction services industry or similar field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations with deadlines.

**Working Environment**:

- Open office environment
- In-person work at our main office.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:00PM
- Benefits with vacation pay

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
