Willowridge Construction is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team We are currently looking for an _**Accounts Payable Clerk**_ to join our team. We offer a great work atmosphere, competitive wages and this position offers a long term employment opportunity.

- Responsibilities_
- Receive, review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
- Enter and upload invoices into the system
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Issue checks and manage all transfers
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with site/ project coordinators
- Enter company credit card charges and expenses
- Other duties as required
- Experience_
- Post secondary diploma or certificate in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Previous Quickbooks experience is a strong asset
- Coordination skills, ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer service oriented and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong administration, computer and Microsoft Suite skills
