**Job Overview**:
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.

**Invoice Processing**:
Review, code, and verify invoices for goods and services.

Ensure proper documentation and approvals are obtained.

**Payment Processing**:
Monitor payment schedules to avoid late fees and leverage early payment discounts.

**Vendor Management**:
Maintain vendor records and build strong relationships with suppliers.

Respond to vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments.

**Reconciliation**:
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare monthly reports.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

**Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies throughout the accounts payable process.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
