Tanks-A-Lot Ltd./S3 Precast is a manufacturing company based in Sherwood Park, Alberta known for its concrete storage tanks, sumps, precast fencing, industrial underground storage tanks and drainage products. The right individual must be willing to be flexible in order to fulfill different roles throughout the company. The individual must be a self-starter, self-motivated and willing to immerse themselves in all aspects of the business, while employing a good attitude and a sense of humor. The work environment is varied and fast paced with plenty of opportunities to grow with a small but expanding company. Reporting to the controller, the position will entail the following aspects:

- Involvement in the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including data entry.
- Involvement in the full cycle of production planning and execution, including inputting inventory build information.
- Completing account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ordering raw and production materials.
- Other administrative duties including taking meeting minutes.
- Assist with periodic physical and system inventory counts.
- Assist with the administration of payroll and scheduling.
- Assist with the administration of the safety program, and other administrative duties including meeting minutes.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Background in accounting, experience in inventory management would be an asset.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel, SOS Inventory and Quickbooks Online would be an asset.
- Works well under pressure while paying attention to detail, with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Clear and concise written and oral communication
- Self-starter, able to work as part of a team or individually
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Prioritizing work to follow tight deadlines

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent attitude, willingness to engage with a dynamic team environment.
- Relevant work experience in accounting or inventory management would be an asset.
- Completion or working toward a certificate, degree or designation in accounting or supply chain management would be an asset
