**Job Title**: Accounts Payable Clerk

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Pay**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
**Expected Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Location**: Sherwood Park (On-site)

**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our team at the **Corporate Office** in Sherwood Park. This role is crucial to the success of our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers while supporting our internal teams with reliable financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately process accounts payable transactions
- Enter invoices and payment requests into the accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
- Maintain well-organized records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflows

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting software (ADP, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian is an asset)
- Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
