**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Verify and reconcile invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
