**À propos du poste**:
Sous la supervision de la directrice des ressources humaines et de la formation, l'assistante administrative à la réception assure le bon fonctionnement du bureau en gérant les communications (appels, courriels, messages web), les expéditions et retours de produits, ainsi que le service client. Il veille également à l’organisation et à la propreté des espaces de travail, tout en coordonnant les programmes de fidélité, de récompenses et la logistique du bureau.

- Service à la clientèle : gestion des appels, courriels et interactions en personne.
- Suivi des retours de produits : gestion des expéditions et des retours selon les procédures établies.
- Organisation des espaces de travail et maintien de la propreté des espaces communs.
- Traitement de la facturation en collaboration avec le département des comptes.
- Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks : fournitures de bureau, uniformes, commandes et suivi des inventaires.
- Soutien aux ressources humaines : gestion des programmes de fidélité, récompenses, reconnaissances et mémos internes.
- Rédaction et mise en page de documents et communications internes.
- Rédaction de procès-verbaux lors des réunions de direction.
- Autres tâches connexes, selon les besoins.
**Avez-vous ce qu'il faut?**
- Min. 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Excellente maitrise du francais et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’a l’écrit.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office 365, notamment Excel, Word et Powerpoint).
- Capacité à gérer les priorités, polyvalence, autonomie, sens du service clientèle et dynamisme.
- Disponibilité à travailler en présentiel dans notre bureau à Dorval 4 jours par semaine du lundi au jeudi, vendredi télétravail.

**About the Position**:
**Here's what your day will look like**:
- Product Returns: Managing shipments and returns according to established procedures.
- Organizing workspaces and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.
- Processing invoicing in collaboration with the Accounts Department. Procurement and inventory management: office supplies, uniforms, orders, and inventory tracking.
- Human Resources support: management of loyalty programs, rewards, recognition, and internal memos.
- Drafting and layout of internal documents and communications.
- Taking minutes of management meetings.
- Other related tasks, as needed.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage priorities, versatility, autonomy, customer service skills, and dynamism.
- Available to work in person in our Dorval office 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, and virtually on Friday.
