We are a small but growing geophysical company looking for a multitasking, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team during a key phase of expansion. This role is vital in supporting both daily operations and long-term development, and we’re looking for someone who is committed, adaptable, and eager to grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and format internal and external documents, letters, reports, manuals, and presentations
- Translate and adapt business and technical documents (instructions, letters, guides)
- Draft, edit, and format user manuals, technical guides, and operating instructions
- Answer calls and messages; forward inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and schedules; maintain calendars
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems and records
- Order office supplies, consumables, and components based on approved lists
- Track incoming goods and communicate with suppliers
- Provide administrative support to executives and managers
- Greet visitors and clients; provide general information
- Maintain corporate social media accounts (content creation, message handling)
- Monitor dealer websites for product accuracy, pricing, and brand representation
- Send reminders, requests, and corrections to dealers as needed
- Provide high-quality customer service in written and verbal communications
- Prepare internal reports, summary tables, and databases
- Coordinate documentation with internal departments and partners
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Operate office equipment (printers, scanners, multifunction devices)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong multitasking ability and excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- A fast learner who is willing to adapt to the needs of the team and market
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other common office tools
- Committed to teamwork and open to feedback and collaboration

**Preferred (but not required)**
- Educational or professional background in geophysics, geology, or related fields
