**Position Summary**
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will provide direct support to the Leadership Team at our Fergus office. Barrantes & Associates Inc. prompts a collaborative environment, inviting novel and creative problem-solving strategies and practices.
**Key Competencies**:
- Exceptional organization. The AA will be tasked to navigate fluid and changing daily company priorities.
- Meetings. The AA will be responsible for meeting minutes, keeping with confidential and privacy standards as they relate to the nature of sensitive information.
- The AA will adopt the tone, form, and style of the company with all internal and external correspondence.
- The AA will display an eagerness and ambition to support our community through, but not limited to, the services provided by the company.

**Duties**:
- Manage and handle information with exceptional sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Create minutes, reports, general documents, etc., as necessary.
- Attend all meetings, virtually or in-person.
- Support the Leadership Team with time-tracking of workers.
- Promote the company through social media initiatives, including but not limited to: sharing or posting articles, engaging in topics as they relate to company pillars, etc.
- Support in recruiting initiatives (i.e., job fairs, interviews, etc.) with the Leadership Team.
- Support the creation and fulfilment of client and Associate schedules.
- Support bi-weekly and monthly invoicing within prescribed limitations.
- Bring creative and innovative ideas to the table.
**Experience**:
- A combination of education and experience related to administration - preferably 4+ years.
- Advanced computer skills: proficient in Excel in particular.
- Proficient in Adobe, Canva.
- Familiar with Outlook and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Must have a license and access to a vehicle.
Fulltime hours. Benefits package. Performance based bonuses. Pay increase after probationary period.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
