**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to support both the Human Resources and Operations teams. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world administrative tasks, internal processes, and people operations in a fast-paced consulting environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain professional experience in both HR and operational coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
Human Resources Support
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital employee files and records.
- Help schedule interviews, onboarding sessions, and internal HR meetings.
- Draft or update documents such as offer letters, policy templates, and onboarding checklists.
- Track basic HR data (e.g., time-off logs, training participation, feedback surveys).
Operations Support
- Support planning and logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Help maintain internal documentation, including SOPs and team workflows.
- Assist with inventory tracking and coordinating office supply orders.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
**Learning Outcomes**
By the end of the internship, the intern will gain:
- A practical understanding of administrative tasks within HR and operations.
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Exposure to internal workflows and cross-department collaboration.
- Improved organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- A certificate of completion and potential referral for future roles.
**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) for day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
- Interest in HR, operations, or administrative careers.
