**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warranty Administration**:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of manufacturer warranty claims.
- Maintain productive relationships with OEM warranty representatives.
- Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Enter applicable labour operation codes, failure codes, and administrative data.
- Monitor and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
- Track all submitted, returned/rejected, and paid claims; maintain up-to-date status reports.
- Follow up on rejected claims for prompt resubmission and resolution.
- Meet warranty KPIs, including a 95% claim acceptance rate and mínimal receivable aging.
**Internal Service Coordination**:
- Open, monitor, and close internal repair orders for sales and inventory vehicles.
- Liaise with technicians to understand repair requirements and timelines.
- Consult with management teams on service recommendations, including warranty coverage and parts options (OEM vs aftermarket).
- Coordinate sublet repairs and assist with the service loaner fleet as required.
- Work closely with the parts department to ensure part availability and efficient scheduling.
- Provide timely updates and clear documentation on all internal work.
**What You Bring**:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Internal Service Advisor, or similar role in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience is a strong asset).
- Proficiency with CDK (or similar DMS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments and levels.
- Professional appearance and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driving records.
