As we grow, we're looking for a reliable and driven **Administrative Assistant / Receptionist** who’s aligned with our values and excited to build something meaningful with us over the long term.

**About the Role**

This is more than a front desk job. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a trusted support for our hearing professionals. You’ll help us grow through thoughtful patient interactions, seamless day-to-day operations, and a proactive mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with professionalism and empathy, creating a calm and welcoming environment
- Schedule and manage appointments using **Blueprint Solutions**:

- Support hearing aid fittings, cleanings, follow-ups, and communication with audiology staff
- Handle intake forms, follow-up reminders, and records in compliance with PIPEDA/HIPAA
- Promote services by identifying rebooking opportunities and nurturing client relationships
- Proactively manage daily flow, stock levels, and room readiness
- Flag operational issues before they become problems and offer thoughtful solutions
- Assist with event coordination and special projects (e.g. **lunch & learns, charitable outreach**)
- Provide dependable support to the clinic owner and hearing care team

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in a **hearing clinic or similar medical office**:

- Confident using **Blueprint Solutions** or comparable EMR tools
- Demonstrated ability to **work independently and take initiative**:

- A calm, clear communicator with a client-first mindset
- Skilled in juggling priorities without compromising on professionalism or accuracy
- Enthusiastic about long-term growth with a team that values trust, kindness, and accountability

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
