As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Creating service calls and estimates in our daily management system (SAP)
- Planning, coordinating & dispatching of the technicians for service calls with the help of the management team.
- Preparing/sending purchase orders to our suppliers for parts needed for service calls.
- Recaptioning of parts received from our suppliers.
- Performing weekly follow-ups on all open service calls, estimates, contracts & purchase orders
- Prepare the necessary documentation and scheduling for either pickup or delivery of equipment.
- Help maintain, implement and follow procedures and instructions dictated by the quality management system.

- Fluency in oral and written French and English.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP software an asset.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sense of organization and priorities.

- At least two years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
