**Service Coordinator**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day service activities (maintenance contracts, service calls, mechanical overhauls, small installations) for our Service department.

**You will ensure responsibility for**:

- Planning and deployment of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Dispatch of technicians in the context of service calls in accordance with their skills.
- Ensure that work orders are completed and forwarded to the right people.
- To verify and enter the technicians’ hours worked in the computerized management system for the weekly payroll.
- Participate in the procurement and supply of parts necessary for the technicians’ interventions.
- Coordinate training needs for technicians and if necessary for customers.
- In the performance of your duties, you will collaborate consistently with the sales, invoicing, accounts payable and management teams.

**Requirements**:

- Technically inclined (knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems/construction is an asset)
- Experience in dispatching/scheduling with mobile technicians an asset
- 3+ years of work experience in team coordination function
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills in French and ability to communicate in English in a customer service context.
