Field Service Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a passion for coordinating field services? We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing maintenance requests and ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to customer maintenance requests and inquiries in your assigned territory, including maintenance after sales and built-in maintenance.
- Processing and maintaining service files from open to close, including scheduling maintenance visits, producing reports, and communicating with service/technical departments.
- Scheduling and coordinating field maintenance sessions and compiling reports related to FieldCare sessions.
- Negotiating service pricing with third-party vendors and suppliers.
- Creating and managing purchase orders, job orders, materials orders, and labor service payments.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Project, Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain) and external customers.
- Identifying risks and responding appropriately to mitigate them.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of products and services.
- Responding to internal and external customer inquiries within 24 hours and ensuring follow-up until the job is completed.
- Updating and maintaining accurate data in SFDC and FSL systems.
- Ensuring all cases/jobs are closed out within 5 business days.
- Coordinating with the finance team to resolve invoicing issues and disputes.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, SFDC, Syspro, and strong computer skills.
- Mathematical Ability: Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret varied instructions.
