**Summary**

The Admin/devices coordinator is an exciting and impactful role As an Office Administrator/Device Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to directly contribute to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community by helping them access essential devices. Your skills in time management, vendor relations, and budgeting will be crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly. You will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in office, clerical, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and maintaining efficient office procedures and supporting the organization's overall success. Join us in this dynamic role where your organizational and communication skills will be valued in a collaborative work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- General Reception Duties
- Be aware of staff schedules
- when in office, when available for appointments, etc.
- Assist with data entry
- Provide Administrative Support to all SDHHNS staff
- Act as a resource person for requests for information
- Co-ordinate special events
- Maintain records and statistics.
- Promote the devices program through seminars, visitation to potential clients, the SDHHNS website, etc.
- Co-ordinate the loan, sale and outside servicing of technical devices.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team and independently.
- Sensitivity to working in a culturally diverse environment
- Flexible, dependable and reliable.
- Working knowledge of multiplatform messaging apps such as communication VRS, Marco Polo, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
- College/University degree in Office Administration or equivalent experience
- Confidentiality a must
- Able to handle pressure and multitask.
- Sign Language (ASL/MSL) skills will be considered an asset.
- Must provide a positive Vulnerable Sector Check

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
