Job Description

We are looking for motivated, focused, and friendly professionals to join our clients throughout Halifax and Dartmouth. A range of administrative, coordination, and office support opportunities are available, including both permanent and contract positions.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:Act as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and responding to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and warmthOversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and productive workspaceManage supply inventories, equipment maintenance, and office servicesAssist with onboarding of new team members, including coordinating workspaces and access to systemsSupport the leadership team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondenceMaintain and organize physical and digital filing systemsAssist with the planning and coordination of staff events and internal communicationsPerform general administrative duties such as drafting documents, preparing reports, and handling incoming inquiriesEnsure compliance with office policies and health & safety protocolsExperience & Attributes for Success:Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered2 - 5+ years of experience in an office administration or coordinator role, ideally with exposure to office or operations managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with digital tools and platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independentlyFriendly, professional, and adaptable to a variety of tasks and team needsBilingual (French/English) language skills are an asset, but not requiredIf interested in this opportunity, please apply online by clicking the Apply Now button.
