Key Responsibilities for the Job:Act as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and responding to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and warmthOversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and productive workspaceManage supply inventories, equipment maintenance, and office servicesAssist with onboarding of new team members, including coordinating workspaces and access to systemsSupport the leadership team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondenceMaintain and organize physical and digital filing systemsAssist with the planning and coordination of staff events and internal communicationsPerform general administrative duties such as drafting documents, preparing reports, and handling incoming inquiriesEnsure compliance with office policies and health & safety protocolsExperience & Attributes for Success:Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
