Physiotherapy Office Administrative Coordinator

Physiotherapy office seeking Permanent full-time Medical office administrative coordinator.
Job summary: Provide & ensure front desk and phone coverage. Create a welcoming and efficient experience for clients over the phone and using various technologies. Manage Accounts Receivable and assist in marketing and promoting Scotia Physiotherapy. Manage appointments, payments, records, receipts, and communication. Assist in updating and managing social media and web content.
**Requirements**:
- Administration experience
- Excellent computer skills, including EMR (Jane is the clinic sofware)
- Previous direct billing experience
- Accounts payable & receivable experience
- Medical terminology an asset
- Very good organizational skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Customer service personality
- Openness to learn
Average hours weekly = 30-40 hours
