Position Overview:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures, managing daily office functions, maintaining essential records and supplies, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support
  • Oversee team and individual schedules to ensure operational efficiency
  • Handle official correspondence and manage internal and external communications
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and suggest improvements as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
