The office coordinator is responsible for maintaining all back end administration, client contact, coordination, and more. Team Brouwer is a close knit, ever adapting real estate team that is comprised of Peter Brouwer, founder and listing specialist, Dave Lalonde, buyer's specialist, Geoff Howard, marketing and listings coordinator and the Office coordinator. We are committed to the team to create the best working environment for each other, as well as create the best client experience in Canada.

**Main Duties of the Office Coordinator**:

- Listing input and management
- Listing showing coordination
- Client contact for administrative items
- Administration contact for all administration tasks
- Sales record sheet management
- Compliance of files
- Client experience communication and coordination
- Scheduling
- Delivery and pick up of materials from clients
- CRM input and updates
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Real estate experience is not required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A personality test will be part of the interview process.

**Hours of work**:
40 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Some evening and weekend phone availability is needed for this position.

**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
