**Total Compensation $90,000 + $148,000 Total Compensation**
**JOB DETAILS**
The Channel Account Manager is a customer-facing sales professional responsible for executing strategies and tactics that deliver and exceed the sales targets in a team-based environment, working _remotely anywhere in North America_. This person’s responsibility will be to drive revenue goals set by leadership.
Success in this role will be measured by channel revenue growth and building key relationships with premier channel partners.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Sales Engagement - Build and develop strong relationships virtually with Partner Sales Teams at all levels, including Account Reps, Pre-sales Engineers and all sales support functions
- Follow-up on Bids - Liaise with partner Account Reps and leverage your ability to qualify and recommend Plugable solutions for high volume opportunities
- Account Mapping - Coordinate and conduct Account Mapping meetings with targeted Distribution and Reseller Account Reps to identify new opportunities within the Reps Book of Business
- Revenue Performance - Accountability for delivering sales goals assigned within a Book of Business and/or Territory
- Training - Coordinate and facilitate virtual training sessions with Distributor and Reseller Sales Teams
- Hunt New Opportunities - Leverage Channel relationships to uncover new customer opportunities and expand the breadth of Plugable products sold at Resellers
- Competitive Intelligence - Uncover and source tactics, promotions, pricing, and product strategies rolled out by the competition, and identify best practices executed by non-competing vendors
- Partner Intelligence - Develop a deep understanding of reseller processes, policies and trends, uncover opportunities and optimize Plugable’s engagement
- Product Knowledge - Maintain an understanding of the Plugable product assortment and leverage the tools and support available to ensure a best-in-class customer and partner experience
- End User Engagement - Seek opportunities to engage directly with end user clients of Plugable’s Resellers and coordinate the level of interaction with Product Owners and Marketing to deliver the best customer experience
- CRM - Utilize and maintain partner insights through engagement with Plugable’s CRM tool
- Other duties as assigned

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working with Zoho CRM or similar
- Experience managing key accounts in a remote environment
- Experience using GSuite (preferred)
- Experience selling within the IT channel for a vendor, distributor, and or reseller
**EDUCATION**
- Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree and/or a mix of education and successful work experience
