Toronto, Canada Frontier Networks Full time

**Background on Frontier Networks: Who We Are - Where Connectivity Meets Common Sense**

Frontier Networks is Canada’s no-nonsense broadband and connectivity provider for businesses that just want things to work. We provide Internet, Voice, Alarm, Camera, WiFi, and in-store music solutions to national retail chains, franchises, and enterprise clients across Canada and the USA.

We don’t do red tape. We don’t do promo pricing. We do clear, honest, and responsive service—with 100% coverage and a 24/7 support team that’s actually awake when you call.

**About You: You in a Nutshell - Curious. Competent. Collaborative.**

You’re smart, proactive, and allergic to mediocrity. You care about outcomes, not optics. Whether you’re in sales or support, you know your work matters to the customer experience—and you take pride in that.

**The Role: Senior Account Executive - Channel Sales - Power Up the Partner Ecosystem**

You’ll develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners—Independent Telecom Agents, IT Consultants, and other strategic resellers. Your job is to make sure they love selling Frontier and never want to sell anything else.

You’ll leverage your existing relationships with IT firms and their teams to build services through Agent, Reseller, or Carrier Network Reseller models. Success in this role is 85% hunting and 15% internal collaboration to fulfill quotes. Expect fast-paced days. We need a super-connector—not a wallflower

**What to Expect: What’s a Day at Frontier Look Like? - Structured. Supported. Surprisingly Fun.**

You’ll hit the ground running with tools, systems, and support that make your job easier. From quoting tools to CRM to collaborative teammates, you’ll have what you need to win.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of channel opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with partner accounts.
- Follow up consistently and proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on deal strategy.
- Educate partners on our service capabilities and advantages.

**Qualifications**:

- College or University education, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in sales or partner/channel management.
- Organized and process-driven.
- Excellent communicator.

**One More Thing: Why Frontier? - Because Mondays Shouldn’t Suck**

No corporate theatre. No political games. Just good people doing great things. We’ll train you, trust you, and cheer you on. You’ll have fun, grow fast, and get the credit you deserve.

**Location: Toronto (Etobicoke) Office, 530 Kipling Avenue. Easy access off the QEW and Kipling South.**

Note: This role is not suitable for remote work. We need you in the office to actively collaborate with staff and learn, especially during the formative years of your Frontier career.
