We’re a small team working on modernizing how we operate to be more scalable and efficient. You’ll work directly with ownership and help shape the way we do business for the next decade.
**The Role**
**What You’ll Do**
- Enter and manage customer orders through to shipping and invoicing
- Coordinate with the warehouse picker to fulfill orders on time
- Maintain accurate records for customers and inventory
- Help with inventory counts and fix discrepancies
- Create documentation and improve processes where things are unclear or inefficient
- Keep the front of house (showroom + desk) tidy, stocked, and welcoming
- Manage general office supplies and equipment
**What You Bring**
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-first mindset to make things things easy and clear
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with basic business software and willing to learn new tools
**Nice to Haves**
- Familiarity with wholesale/distribution, or retail order flow
- Experience writing documentation, SOPs, and fixing workflows
- Comfortable experimenting with tech tools (e.g. AI or automation tools)
**Compensation & Work Environment**
- $55,000-$65,000 salary depending on experience
- Extended health benefits
- Full-time, in-person at our Etobicoke location (showroom + warehouse)
- Stable, long-term position with potential to grow your role as we grow
**Hiring Process**

- 20 minute phone chat
- 1 hour on-site interview
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
