_Day of Wedding Coordinator (DOWC) is searching for an individual that's passionate about weddings and knows how to provide exceptional customer service. - Liaise with clients in the capacity of Lead Coordinator to identify their wedding coordination needs and discuss the details of their day (initial consultations)
- Lead wedding site visits, rehearsals, final details meeting
- Be the main point of contact with vendors ; Coordinate timing, location and itinerary with vendors.
- Be on site on the day of the wedding and coordinate from start to the end of the event ; proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day

**Job Details**:

- Contract/freelance; mostly weekends, some weekdays, mainly 12+ hours at the day of the event.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with wedding planning
- Scholastic background in event management preferred.
- Will require driver's license and access to a vehicle (non negotiable)
- Travel is required in Toronto, GTA, Hamilton and Niagara area.

**Job Types**: Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
