Service Concierge/customer Care Coordinator

**Raceway Chrysler Dodge Jeep** is looking for a **Customer Care Coordinator **in our **Service Department **to join our team

**The Job Purpose**:Our Customer Care job aims to ensure our clients are met with the utmost communication and professionalism when they reach out or visit our dealership. This position accepts and directs incoming calls, takes detailed messages, and provides staff with detailed updates on customer concerns and feedback. Another main function of this job is to coordinate and strategize with our Service Manager in developing plans of action to deliver improved customer service. As one of the dealership's front-line contact points, it is extremely important to us that the person in this role represents the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire knowledge about the dealership operations in order to be able to respond adequately to inquiries by our clients
- Answer customer inquiries or direct customer to appropriate personnel
- Gather as much necessary information as possible when communicating with customers to better assist the Service Team
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested
- Take detailed messages

- Strong time management & organizational skills

- A team player and sociable person who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to new people on a daily basis
- Someone that presents in a professional and put-together way

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- _Previous dealership experience highly valued, especially in a Customer Service/CX Role._

We are looking for someone to fill this position while our current Customer Care Coordinator takes time off for maternity leave. Before she leaves, we want to give you time to train with her to learn the in's and out's of the role while she is away.
