Our Etobicoke-based Ontario branch is currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Shipping Coordinator for our Interprovincial moving division. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. This position is open for either full-time or part-time applicants.
Responsibilities as a Shipping Coordinator include:
- Efficiently organizing client deliveries
- Communicating delivery dates and times to clients
- Strategically planning trailer load sequences based on unload order
- Overseeing shipment transfers and following checklist procedures to prevent lost items
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse facility
- Managing paperwork, including collection, filing, and control
- Collaborating with move teams to ensure they have all necessary information and resources for success
- Reporting on work quality, policy adherence, and team performance
- Coordinating with the Operations Manager, Personnel Manager, and company Owner to ensure smooth facility operations
What we offer:
- A starting wage of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
