We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator** to join our small and mighty team. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service while coordinating warehouse, sales and delivery efforts, and staying up-to-date with new products and features.
But this role is about more than just customer service. It's about being part of a supportive, transparent, and caring culture that's dedicated to your growth and well-being. It's about working in a fast-paced environment where you'll be juggling many orders, projects, and departments at once. And it's about being highly motivated and target driven to help drive sales and delivery processes.
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as working knowledge of customer dynamics and requirements. You should be a team player with a high level of dedication and the ability to work under tight deadlines. And you should have a friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
**Experience & Education**
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced customer-focused role
- At least 2 years in a logistics and/or coordinator role (coordination between sales and warehouse experience is a key asset)
