**What would be your responsibilities?**
Based at reception, you would act as the first point of contact for all on-site visitors and incoming callers, while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support managers and other employees.
**We need you to**:
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls.
- Maintain office supply inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Receive/sort mail and courier packages - distribute to recipients.
- Organize/schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist Senior Management with special projects when requested.
- Process daily inventory receipts, customer invoices, accounts payable, and other transactions as needed to support accounting, sales, and operations staff.
- Set up the purchase orders in the SAP system.
- Act as a back-up to accounting staff for data entry.
- Maintain accurate and up to date filing system.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
**What we expect from you?**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a support staff role
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
