Provides world-class, high-quality products and services to our diverse customer base from initial customer request to billing.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Accepts orders and initiates the order entry process for S&D Canada
- Follows up with customers on presented sales quotations for S&D Canada
- Accepts orders and initiates the order entry process for S&D Canada’s US Customers, when applicable
- Follows up with customers on presented sales quotations for S&D Canada’s US Customers, when applicable
- Ensure all CRM fields are being utilized
- Campaign, Referral Type and Event
- Handles all customer requests including NAFTA, first articles, open order reports, proof of delivery, etc.
- Addresses price increases with customers and outside salespeople when required
- Develops manual job cards (when necessary) for fabricated orders which include material, labor, manufacturing, and tool costs
- Develops job cost and presents quotations which are within accepted gross margin limits
- Confirms quotation with assigned field sales representative (when necessary) for fabricated and resale product orders which were secured through field sales activities
- Completes purchase orders (when necessary) for required raw material and tooling to meet order specifications
- Expedites (when necessary) material requirements and work-in-process status for critical/short lead time customer requests
- Understands the timing and automation of our MRP operating system.
- Communicates any slippage in delivery dates to customer
- Keeps current on job order and expediting systems, and is knowledgeable regarding accessing the inventory management system
- Sets up new parts, accordingly, utilizing all fields required and new BOMs as required
- Maintains vendor contact and confirms delivery dates for manual POs; documents vendor contacts and late vendor shipments
- Advises fabrication and sales departments of delays in raw material for their action
- Tracks logistic issues between vendors and company for incoming material and between company and customer for shipped product
- Communicates orders to Shipping Department when required
- Communicates rush orders with receiving when early shipment upon arrival is desired
- Complies with the AIAG Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) manual and the associated APQP process
- Completes intercompany orders, cross border paperwork (when required)
- Completes outbound calls to maintain existing accounts and to develop new customers
- Assist all departments when required
- Visits customer locations to present, maintain and/or create new business with outside sales rep
- Assist with workloads of fellow Account Representatives during absences

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree and one to two years related experience in an industrial setting
- Proficient communications skills
- Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software and Microsoft
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; able to multi-task
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to travel to the United States for business purposes

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
