**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales of wooden pallets, expanding the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pallet solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Regularly connect with the company president to discuss sales strategies, market insights, and business growth opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in business development, including identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic plans.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Bi-lingual is an added advantage.
