**Customer Account Representative Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers while representing our clients’ brands with integrity.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and prepare for future leadership opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone’s ideas are valued.
**Customer Account Representative Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and able to commute daily to our North York location.

Pay: $40,259.95-$55,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
