**Job Summary**
We are looking for a **highly motivated and results-driven** Specification Lighting Sales Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you This role requires **technical knowledge, sales expertise, and top-tier customer service skills.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, and industrial lighting markets.
- **Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and electrical engineers and lighting designers.**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.

**2. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s lighting products and solutions.
- Provide product recommendations and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive products.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- **Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively.

**4. Sales Administration & CRM Management**:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Hubspot CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.

**5. Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical products, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and owns their own vehicle.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.

Pay: $60,000.00-$240,000.00 per year
