**About the Customer Account Representative Role**

We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team and focus on Sales in the Wireless industry through in-person interactions. As a Customer Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide Wireless solutions, and ensure a smooth account setup process. This is an in-person position where your ability to connect with people will drive your success in sales.

**Key Responsibilities for the Customer Account Representative Role**
- Represent the company as a Customer Account Representative in in-person settings to promote Wireless products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for potential customers in retail and event environments.
- Assist customers with account setup, plan changes, and wireless device upgrades.
- Work closely with management and team members to improve Wireless Sales performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company as a Customer Account Representative in all in-person engagements.

**Qualifications for the Customer Account Representative Role**:

- Previous Sales experience preferred, especially in Wireless or telecom.
- Comfortable working in-person with customers daily.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet Sales targets consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
