**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends while catering to customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards before serving.
- Collaborate with management on restaurant promotions and special events to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas at all times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and make necessary adjustments to improve service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and culinary techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices, including inventory control and cost management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
